سياسة حذف الحساب ومسح البيانات (Google Play Compliance)

وفقاً لسياسات الشفافية وحماية خصوصية المستخدمين المعتمدة لدى Google Play والقوانين الدولية لحماية البيانات، تتيح منصة ALFA GATE لجميع مستخدميها (لاعبين، مدربين، وأصحاب صالات) الحق الكامل في حذف حساباتهم ومسح كافة بياناتهم المرتبطة بشكل نهائي وغير قابل للاسترجاع.

⚠️ تنبيه هام حول حذف الحساب: يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى مسح فوري ودائم لكافة بياناتك من قواعد بياناتنا وسيرفراتنا، ولا يمكن استعادة الحساب أو محتوياته بعد إتمام العملية.

1. البيانات التي يتم مسحها نهائياً (Data to be Deleted)

عند تأكيد طلب حذف الحساب، نقوم بإزالة وحذف البيانات التالية فوراً وبشكل شامل:

بيانات الدخول والحساب: اسم المستخدم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، والرمز التعريفي.
القياسات البدنية والتطور: سجلات الوزن، الطول، نسبة الدهون، ومؤشر كتلة الجسم (BMI).
الصور والوسائط: جميع صور الملف الشخصي وصور قياسات التطور البدني المرفوعة.
البرامج التدريبية والغذائية: جداول التمارين، الخطط الغذائية، سجلات المكملات، وسجلات الأداء.
التواصل والإشعارات: كافة الرسائل وسجلات التنبيهات المرتبطة بحسابك.

2. طرق حذف الحساب (How to Request Account Deletion)

الطريقة الأولى: من داخل تطبيق ALFA GATE مباشرة (موصى بها)

إذا كان التطبيق مثبتاً على هاتفك، يمكنك تنفيذ الحذف الفوري عبر الخطوات التالية:

افتح تطبيق ALFA GATE وسجل دخولك.
انتقل إلى تبويب الملف الشخصي (Profile).
انزل إلى أسفل الشاشة واضغط على "حذف الحساب نهائياً".
أدخل اسم المستخدم وبريدك الإلكتروني لتأكيد هويتك، ثم اضغط "تأكيد الحذف".

الطريقة الثانية: طلب الحذف عبر الويب (في حال قمت بحذف التطبيق)

إذا قمت بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق من هاتفك وترغب في مسح حسابك وكافة بياناتك من خوادمنا، يرجى ملء النموذج أدناه أو مراسلتنا مباشرة وسنقوم بتنفيذ الحذف فوراً خلال مدة أقصاها 24 ساعة عمل:

Account Deletion & Data Erasure Policy (Google Play Compliant)

In full compliance with Google Play User Data Policies and global data privacy standards, ALFA GATE ensures that all users (Athletes, Coaches, and Gym Owners) have the unconditional right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

⚠️ Permanent Data Erasure Notice: Deleting your account will immediately and permanently purge all personal information, workout histories, and metrics from our servers. This action is irreversible.

1. Types of Data Permanently Deleted

Upon verification and execution of your deletion request, the following data records will be purged:

Credentials & Identity: Username, email address, phone number, and unique user identifiers.
Biometric & Physical Records: Weight logs, height, body fat measurements, and calculated BMI trends.
Media & Photos: Avatar images and all body transformation progress pictures.
Fitness & Nutrition Programs: Custom workout routines, nutrition plans, supplement logs, and exercise progress histories.
Communications & Notifications: Chat logs, push notifications, and administrative updates.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Recommended)

If you have the app installed on your device, execute immediate deletion following these steps:

Open ALFA GATE app and log in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Enter your registered username and email to verify ownership, then tap "Confirm Deletion".

Option 2: Web-Based Deletion Request (If App Is Uninstalled)

If you uninstalled the mobile app and wish to erase your account and data from our production databases, please submit the request form below or contact our privacy desk:
